A dated, sourced table of current USCIS filing fees for the eight most-filed immigration forms, with methodology and a downloadable CSV.
USCIS filing fees for the most commonly filed forms range from $465 (Form I-90, green card renewal) to $1,440 (Form I-485, adjustment of status), under the fee schedule that has been in effect since April 1, 2024 (USCIS Form G-1055, 8 CFR 106.2). Most forms carry a $50 discount when filed online through a USCIS account; Form I-485, I-129F, and I-131 do not. These figures were checked against the current fee schedule on July 2, 2026 and against a separate FY2026 inflation adjustment that took effect January 1, 2026, which changed a different set of fees (asylum, parole, and TPS-related EAD categories) and left the forms below unchanged.

|---|---|---|---|
| I-90 | $465 | $415 | Replace or renew a green card |

Every figure in the table above is the standard fee published on the USCIS Fee Schedule, Form G-1055, which codifies the fee rule at 8 CFR 106.2. That fee rule took effect April 1, 2024, the last across-the-board revision to these eight forms. We cross-checked the current schedule against the regulatory text at eCFR (8 CFR Part 106, current edition) and against independent immigration-fee guides on July 2, 2026 and found no discrepancy for the forms listed. We also checked a separate, narrower USCIS fee action: a mandatory FY2026 inflation adjustment tied to the H.R. 1 reconciliation law, effective January 1, 2026, which raised fees for asylum-applicant EADs, parole EADs, TPS EADs and TPS applications (I-821), and the annual pending-asylum fee. That adjustment did not change any of the eight forms in this table. "Online fee" reflects the $50 discount USCIS applies to eligible forms filed through a USCIS online account; Forms I-485, I-129F, and I-131 do not carry that discount. Figures do not include the separate biometrics services fee some categories require, and do not reflect fee waivers (Form I-912) for qualifying applicants.
We will re-check this table when USCIS publishes a new fee schedule and update the "Updated" date above. Fees can also change through separate agency actions between full fee-rule revisions, as the FY2026 EAD/TPS adjustment shows, so always confirm your specific form's fee at uscis.gov immediately before filing. The underlying regulatory text lives at 8 CFR Title 8 (current edition), and agency fee actions like the FY2026 adjustment are published in full at the Federal Register, USCIS agency page, if you want to read the source documents yourself rather than take our summary at face value.
Multiply any of these fees by your applicant count in the full calculator.

Priya maintains this fee reference by comparing the current USCIS schedule against eCFR and independent fee guides each time she updates the page. She reads Federal Register notices for a living and has made peace with what that says about her.
