Terms of Service

Last reviewed July 2026. The short version: use the calculators, do not sue us over a fee that changed after you filed.

Using ImmigrationCalc, whether that means running one calculator or reading through the guide pages, means you accept the terms below. They cover the site and its tools, not the accuracy of any single number generated on any single day.

What the calculators actually do

Every tool on this site takes the inputs you give it and applies published USCIS rules, form fees, and processing ranges to produce an estimate. That estimate is arithmetic applied to public data, not a legal determination about your case, your eligibility, or your filing strategy. USCIS makes those determinations, not a website.

No warranty

The site, the calculators, and the guide articles are provided as they are, with no promise that a given result will match what USCIS ultimately charges or decides in your specific case. Fee schedules and processing times shift, sometimes with little public notice, and a static page cannot chase every change in real time.

Limits on liability

We are not responsible for decisions made, money spent, or deadlines missed based on a number this site produced. If a figure here is wrong or out of date, that is a reason to check uscis.gov and talk to an attorney, not a basis for a claim against this site.

Links to other sites

Some outbound links, including to sibling tools in the same small network, may be compensated arrangements. We do not vouch for the accuracy or privacy practices of any third-party site we link to, including USCIS's own site, which we do not control.

Changes to these terms

These terms get updated when the site changes materially. Continuing to use the calculators after an update means you accept the current version, not the one you first read.
