That estimate is arithmetic applied to public data, not a legal determination about your case, your eligibility, or your filing strategy. USCIS makes those determinations, not a website.
The site, the calculators, and the guide articles are provided as they are, with no promise that a given result will match what USCIS ultimately charges or decides in your specific case. Fee schedules and processing times shift, sometimes with little public notice, and a static page cannot chase every change in real time.
We are not responsible for decisions made, money spent, or deadlines missed based on a number this site produced. If a figure here is wrong or out of date, that is a reason to check uscis.gov and talk to an attorney, not a basis for a claim against this site.
