This page covers what happens to the numbers you type into the fee calculator, the eligibility calculator, and the other five tools on ImmigrationCalc, plus the usual cookie and advertising disclosures.
Every calculator on this site runs entirely client-side. When you enter a green card grant date, a form number, an applicant count, or a list of trips abroad, that arithmetic happens on your own device and the results appear on your screen without a network request carrying your inputs anywhere. We built it this way on purpose: immigration timing details are personal, and there is no reason a fee estimate needs a server round trip.
Standard web analytics record page views, approximate location by country or region, device type, and referring site, the same aggregate data most publishers collect to see which articles are useful. This data is not tied to the figures you enter into a calculator, because those figures are never transmitted in the first place.
A cookie banner on first visit lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies used for analytics and ad personalization. Blocking them in your browser settings works too, and the site keeps functioning either way since the calculators do not depend on cookies to run.
Ads on this site are served through Google AdSense, which may set cookies to show ads relevant to your browsing elsewhere on the web. Google's own policies, linked from their ad settings page, control how you can view and adjust ad personalization across every site that uses their network, not just this one.
A handful of links point to other calculator sites in the same small network, including date-math and age-math tools that come up naturally when you are counting eligibility periods. Some outbound links on this site may be compensated; that never changes which link we point to or how a figure is calculated.
